CSU Bakersfield Teacher Residency Programs
The Kern Rural Teacher Residency is no longer accepting new students but don't worry this amazing learning experience can still be yours! The success of Kern RTR, with over 70 completers of the program in the last 3.5 years and a 95% retention rate, has encouraged our local districts to see the value in a residency preparation and led to the creation of 4 residency programs at CSU Bakersfield. The below icons give a brief description of each program and will take you to their websites for additional information.
