Choose Your Own Edventure: Professional Learning Series for Educators

TEACHER INSPIRED - TEACHER FOCUSED - TEACHER LED

What is CYOE?

CSU Bakersfield's School of Social Sciences and Education in collaboration with the Kern Rural Teacher Residency program is proud to offer all Kern County educators the opportunity to participate in FREE monthly professional development. The professional learning for educators series will be held twice a year once in fall and once in spring.

Effective teaching is essential for student success.  To support the growth of our local educators, the Kern Rural Teacher Residency program, provides high-quality professional development in a variety of areas. Each event in the series will have an educational theme or focus while simultaneously integrating elements of the Common Core State Standards, Next Generation State Standards, and literacy across disciplines.

Our April 27th, 2019 event has been canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience.
